Staff very friendly and helpful, even saving a street parking spot for our car right in front of the property. The front desk also recommended a restaurant for our dinner which was excellent, and only a short walk from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh baked goods, fresh juices, and servers bringing made to order coffees.

Charming place, I would be back in no time! I felt very well, everything was up to expectations! It was a 6 night stay, no disappointment. In the last evening I found out about the railway strike, the help of the receptionist LORENZO was of maximum efficiency and involvement, I was able to continue my journey in optimal conditions and then the flight home. A packed breakfast was prepared for me and I left for Rome early. I highlight the exceptional professionalism of the entire staff, I had all my wishes fulfilled, I was surrounded with care and attention the entire stay!

Last minute booking. Had to replace my trip because Austrian nightyet was cancelled due to the weather conditions. Really feel for the people that lost everything. But swiss route was best plan b for me and the man at reception helped me very well. Even made me a breakfast pack for my really early check out.

My friend and I had been dreaming about this trip for ages, and we spent countless days searching for the perfect place to stay at Lake Como. We had two must-haves: air conditioning and a central location. The moment we found this hotel, we both gasped "She's the one, I think we found her!!". When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing, and everything was spotless. This hotel became the backdrop to many of our memories of this trip. If I ever return to Lake Como, there's no doubt I’ll stay here again!

The hotel is well located in Como and is a only a short walk to the lake. Overall, the room was clean and supplied with everything you would require. It had an old Italian style (maybe too old in places). The breakfast was good, but could of had a little more hot food.

It has a very good location and the city was easily accessible. It is very clean and the staff was great. The pool is small and freezing and our stay was in late July. The breakfast looked great but was only ok. Again, the staff was great but for the price, the place could have been better. They are charging Bellagio prices for an outside-the-wall Como experience.

Internal private car park. Large well equipped room, large TV, safe, large bathroom with bath and shower. Bar. Good Italian breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful

This older hotel used to be a monastery. It had great rustic charm with modern conveniences. Each room was unique. The daily breakfast was awesome. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a good location, with just a 15 walk from Como Lago rail station and 5 minutes from the old streets of Como town. The hotel serves a great choice for breakfast. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the A/C worked well. Special mention to Claudio - a private car driver, who got us to Cremona on the day of a rail strike.
